Yes. To sell a car on behalf of a relative, family member, or friend, you will need a power of attorney from the owner.

2. We will call to confirm the details and arrange a free, professional car inspection for you. You can choose to receive the inspection service at a CARSOME center nearest to you.
3. On the inspection day, CARSOME will make an offer to you immediately after inspecting your car. If you are satisfied with our offer, you may sell the car to us on the spot.
4. We will pay you in as little as 24 hour!
After you agree to sell your car through CARSOME, we will take care of all paperwork within 1 day. This means that you must deliver your car within a day of accepting the offer.
We will arrange for you to do an ownership transfer at our Thailand office. Once that is done, we will pay you through online banking or any other method that is convenient for you.
CARSOME does accept cars that are still on loan. If the outstanding loan amount is greater than the value of your car, we can still buy your car - you just need to make up the difference to the bank by cash or check.
If the outstanding loan amount is less than the value of your car, we settle the outstanding loan with the bank. Once done, we will pay you the balance via online banking or any other method that is convenient for you.

During the inspection, photos will be taken to generate an inspection report.

This Policy shall only be applicable for five (5) calendar days from the date of the Delivery Order and more twenty-five (25) calendar days in the event of the issues on:

that affects vehicle performance or usage (exclude all paint job related), (exclusive of the delivery date, hereinafter referred to as “Cooling Period”). This Policy only applies to the Buyer that has full possession and control over the Vehicle during the Cooling Period.
The mileage between the delivery date and the date of refund shall not be more than 500 kilometres within the 5 calendar days and the technical issue shall not be more than 1,500 kilometres within 25 calendar days.

The basic version of CARSOME Warranty covers:

CARSOME will charge 2.00% transaction fee which will cover the following costs; auto-finance, ownership transfer, compulsory motor insurance and tax. *not including voluntary motor insurance which customers can make additional purchase decisions.
Simply find your preferred car(s) on our website, click on 'Free Test Drive' and select your date and time. Our system will show 'Booking Successful!' once your booking is confirmed.
You may select the sessions as following; 9am - 11am / 11am - 1pm / 1pm - 3pm / 3pm - 5pm. The details of the location will be listed on the appointment booking page.
Yes, you can do it via "My Account-My Test Drive" on our website, or reach out to us at 02-026-1188 or email info@carsome.co.th. You may book another test drive appointment once the cancellation is confirmed.
A 5,000 baht deposit is required, which is refundable when booking at the CARSOME Experience Center. Once the booking is confirmed, the car will be under a "Purchase Pending" status and will not receive further test drives or bookings from other customers.

Yes, you may apply through your preferred financial institution.
Your required documents are:
A. Copy of ID card (for Thai people) or passport and visa (for foreigners)
B. Copy of house registration
C. Passbook and payroll account for the past 6 months
D. For employees Salary slips for the last 3 months or employment certification work permit or certification of the address by the Immigration Office (for non-Thai people)
E. Documents supporting other income according to the requirements of the financial institution
You can choose ‘Self-Collection’ and collect your car from your Carsome Experience Centers, or if you want your car to be delivered to your home out staff can help you schedule a delivery free of charge* (in Bangkok and surrounding areas, For provincial delivery there will be an additional charge) within 100 km radius.
CARSOME Experience Centers are open everyday, 9.00am to 8.00pm.
CARSOME has an extensive list of cars which are updated daily and available for online viewing at any time of the day. You can browse for a car of your choice and pay the booking fee for it, all from the comfort of your home! Buying a used car with CARSOME is convenient, faster and safer. If you wish to make an offline booking instead, please visit a CARSOME Experience Center near you.
The booking fee is 5,000 baht with no hidden fees or extra charges. The booking fee will be refunded if the car loan is not approved by a financial institution.
Please refer to the following steps to make the payment:
Step 1: On the product page of the car of your choice, click on the button "Book This Car".
Step 2: You will be directed to a page to key in your details. Check that the details you have keyed in are correct, then click on the button "Pay Booking Fee".
Step 3: Select your preferred payment method and confirm your payment. Please complete the payment within 30 minutes. After the 30 minutes, the car will be released for other customers to browse and book.
Payment Process:
Step 1: Go to the description section on the car of your choice and select “Get Started”, then click “Continue with Booking”.
Step 2: Verify your car selection and select “Pay”.
Step 3: Select your preferred payment method and verify your completed payment within 30 minutes. If verification has not been done within 30 minutes, our system will automatically cancel the booking to provide this car availability to other customers.
There are two (2) ways to check if your booking order has been confirmed.
1. An icon with "Payment successful. Your car has been booked!" will appear in the Order Received page once your order has been confirmed.
2. In My Order page, you will see a "Paid" status as confirmation for your order.

There are two (2) possibilities why your order was cancelled:
1. The payment window has timed out

If your payment was successful but the car of your choice has unfortunately been booked, we will automatically process a refund to you. The refund will only be reflected in your bank account or card within 14 working days by standard operating procedure from the banks. A SMS notification will be sent to you.

Our CARSOME Consultant will contact you within 24 hours to arrange:
1. For a test drive, you may choose to visit our Experience Center for the test drive or request to have the car delivered to your home for a test drive, we will be happy to deliver the car of your choice for free (in Bangkok and surrounding areas).
2. To notify your car loan application documents. Please prepare your documents within three (3) days after our CARSOME Consultant has contacted you to avoid the cancellation of your booking.

No, the Platinum Warranty Program by Allianz is an optional add-on for your car’s protection but many customers have chosen this program for peace of mind from unexpected expenses.
Warranty program begins after the date of expiration of the original manufacturer's warranty period. The covered car must not be older than 5 years / distance not more than 150,000 km (in the case of the 2nd year), the list of spare parts covered is as follows

Many CARSOME Certified cars still have the original manufacturer’s warranty. Your car will be covered under the original manufacturer’s warranty if they are still valid.

The pictures of the car are not available yet because the car is undergoing a reconditioning process. Pictures will be available after the CARSOME Certified refurbishment process is completed, which is within approximately 14 days.
The inspection report is not available as the car is still undergoing the inspection and refurbishment process. Rest assured that all CARSOME Certified cars listed are quality cars backed by 175-point inspection, delivering safety beyond standard, comfort, and refurbished aesthetics.
The CARSOME Certified Refurbishment Process ensures all cars that have passed the 175-Point Inspection are refurbished to perform at their peak.

Customers will be notified after the refurbishment process has been completed. This would take approximately 14 days.
When someone books the same car after it is ready, you can leave your contact information on our website and we will reach out to you.
Yes, customers will be notified when reconditioning is completed in approximately 14 days or earlier.
Once you have registered your interest, we will contact you for a viewing and/or test drive. If you have made your decision, you may also book the car once it is ready.
There are situations where customers are unable to find the right car in our current inventory as every pre-owned car is unique based on its condition.
Registering your interest for a coming soon car allows us to efficiently prepare the car for your preferred CARSOME Experience Center so that you can view or test drive the car as soon as possible.
